István Joó, the Deputy State Secretary for Export Development, bequeathed a grant certificate with the amount of 25 million HUF to neurosurgeon Dr. András Csókay and plastic surgeon Dr. Gergely Pataki, both of whom are members of the Action For Defenceless People Foundation.
